Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Head Cashier to manage front-end operations, handle register transactions and assist the Assistant Manager with office tasks. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, accurate checkout procedures, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates will have retail and cashier experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train new cashiers while upholding Ace’s core values.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Experience in retail and/or office management preferred.
• Cashier experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Handle register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with office duties as needed by the operations team.
• Support front-end operations and cash room processes.
• Maintain a neat, welcoming store appearance and greet customers.
• mentor/train new cashiers and share best practices when appropriate.
