Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Head Cashier to manage register transactions and support the store team. You will greet customers, ensure efficient checkouts, and assist the Assistant Manager-Operations with office tasks and deposits. A customer-first approach and accurate cash handling are essential.

Responsibilities include cashier supervision, training, and maintaining front-end appearance, with a focus on delivering excellent service and leveraging product knowledge to help customers.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Experience in retail and/or office management preferred.
• Cashier experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service throughout the store.
• Assist with register transactions and ensure fast, accurate checkouts.
• Balance the cash drawer and follow register procedures.
• Assist with deposits, vault counts, and sales audits as needed.
• Support office duties such as invoices and purchase orders when required.
• Help train new cashiers and participate in staff meetings.
