AAA Parking is seeking a Lead Cashier to supervise cashier staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and provide excellent guest service at events and facilities. You will train cashiers on POS systems, monitor performance, perform cash reconciliations, and resolve guest issues while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience supervising cashier staff and handling cash accurately is preferred.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic computer operations.
• Strong math, communication, and customer service skills required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support the cashier team during operations.
• Train event cashiers on POS systems and procedures.
• Monitor performance, accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
• Perform register audits and reconcile cash drawers.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and handle escalations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and final sales reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier stations.
• Communicate with event management about staffing and issues.
