GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE

The Lead Cashier (LC) is responsible for the efficiency of guest transactions and maintaining excellence in cashwrap standards, including cleanliness and overall aesthetics. Experienced in cashiering, the LC assists in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates. This role involves collaborating, leading, and influencing peers to drive sales, loyalty, and excellent guest experiences. The Lead Cashier supports opening and closing registers, conducting associate exit inspections, and engaging guests with the benefits of our Loyalty Life Cycle.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• High school diploma preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven delegation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for guest service and sales.
• Experience in addressing guest concerns professionally.
• Record of exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
