Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Sterling, VA is seeking a part-time Front End Lead to ensure the front end operates smoothly and customers are served efficiently.

You will proactively assist customers, support cashiers, and manage lane flow to reduce wait times. Availability includes mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

• Promptly respond to assist cashiers to meet customer needs quickly and efficiently.
