A leading grocery store seeks a Front End Manager to ensure efficient operation and exceptional customer service at its Salt Lake City location. This role includes training associates, managing front end duties, and providing direct customer interaction. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in customer service, organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
The purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front end. This person will be providing exceptional customer service to all customers, training and mentoring front end associates, assisting with checking and bagging, handling customer complaints, processing refunds and exchanges, and ensuring the front end has proper coverage at all times.

The work environment is a store setting with potential exposure to hot or cold conditions. The associate must be able to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, reach, perform repetitive motions, and respond to customer inquiries. Standing, walking, bending, and maneuvering objects up to 30 pounds are required.
