Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Lead Case Manager to guide families through foster care and child welfare services. The role combines supervision of case management staff with hands-on services for children and families, ensuring high-quality, compliant care.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant Bachelor's degree, LSW/LPC credentials, and at least 3 years of experience in child welfare or related settings, along with strong clinical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor case management staff, ensuring quality and compliance in service delivery
• Provide direct case management services to children and families as needed
• Lead team meetings, review case plans, and provide clinical and administrative guidance
• Coordinate care with foster parents, biological families, mental health providers, schools, and community partners
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to state and agency regulations
• Respond to crises and support stabilization efforts with trauma-informed care
• Promote a strengths-based, family-centered approach in all case planning

We’re seeking a Lead Case Manager to join our team and take a pivotal role in guiding families, coordinating services, and mentoring case management staff within foster care and child welfare programs.

In this leadership role, you’ll help shape positive outcomes by providing oversight, direction, and support to case managers, while also ensuring families receive the care and resources they need to heal, reunify, and thrive.

Lead Case Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
