Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Madison, WI is seeking a Lead Carpenter for year-round work with benefits. This full-time position covers remodeling, drywall, painting, tile, flooring and carpentry across residential projects.

You will work with a team on diverse phases of construction, with overtime paid after 40 hours and double time after 60; a daily vehicle stipend and competitive salary are provided. Opportunities for advancement exist within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience required.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to move 50+ lbs.
• Provide your own tools.
• Excellent communication skills and valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.

$25 To $32 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge

The Position:

We are looking for full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $25-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
