Position

Lead Carpenter – Year round work with benefits. Madison, WI.

We are a full-service nationwide general contractor and the industry leader in disaster restoration. ServiceMaster DSI is the nation’s largest ServiceMaster franchise, with locations throughout the country. We are known for quality restoration and construction, great customer service, and constant work flow.

Compensation & Pay

Salary Range: $25 – $32 hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge.

Daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Six major holidays are paid. PTO accrues as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and double time after 60+ hours. This is a full‑time tradesman position focusing on construction phases, not water mitigation.

Requirements

• Remodeling experience (drywalling, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical).
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Provide your own tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
