Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH in the United States is seeking a Lead Carpenter for year-round work with benefits. The role covers remodeling, drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and carpentry on projects from small patches to full home rebuilds. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate and a daily vehicle stipend, plus paid holidays and accruing PTO.

We offer growth opportunities in a busy, team-oriented environment. Overtime is paid after 40 hours and double time after 60.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks including drywall, painting, tile, flooring and carpentry.
• Work on projects ranging from small patches to full home rebuilds.
• Coordinate with supervisors and tradesmen to meet goals.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.

The Position:

We are looking for a full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering starts at $25-$35 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work plus a Floating Holiday. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
