ServiceMaster is seeking a skilled Senior Carpenter to support disaster restoration and reconstruction projects in Fletcher, North Carolina. This role handles residential and commercial repairs following water, fire, and storm damage, requiring solid carpentry and building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restoration environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred.
• Experience with residential/commercial remodeling or restoration is a plus.
• Ability to use industry hand and power tools correctly and safely.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in various job site conditions

Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry including framing, metal studs, cabinet work, drywall, trim, and finish tasks.
• Complete finish repairs and reconstruction following water, fire, or storm damage.
• Complete material work orders and communicate needs and progress with project managers.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, based on homeowners’ requirements.
• Assist with demolition, material handling, and other reconstruction tasks as needed.
• Ensure all work meets highest quality standards and building codes
