Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in residential remodeling or construction.
• Strong finish carpentry and cabinetry skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Experience leading field crews preferred.
• Professional communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on residential remodeling projects.
• Perform and oversee framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, trim, doors, and general carpentry.
• Read and follow construction plans and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Plan upcoming work to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Identify and resolve job site issues before they affect quality or timelines.
• Confirm work is properly prepared for the next trade.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised job site.
• Protect finished work and client property.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and the project team.
• Complete punch‑list items and support projects through final completion.
