Qualifications

• 7+ years residential remodeling experience.
• Strong experience in bathrooms and kitchens (tile layout and installation, light plumbing/electrical, cabinet install, trim, framing corrections).
• Ability to read plans and verify layouts independently.
• Comfort running jobs without being babysat.
• Production mindset — understands timeline and labor control.
• Leadership maturity (you don’t need to yell to lead).
• Pride in high-end finishes and clean execution.
• Strong communication skills with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Lead full residential remodels from demo through final punch.
• Set the production pace and enforce quality standards.
• Manage and train 2–4 carpenters.
• Coordinate with Project Management and subcontractors.
• Identify problems early and solve them without drama.
• Protect job timelines and production margins.
• Maintain elite-level jobsite cleanliness and professionalism.
• Represent T&A as a leader — not just a worker.

T&A Remodeling and Renovations is a fast-growing, high-performance residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and structural additions across the North Pittsburgh region.

Compensation

• $70,000 – $85,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)
• Performance Bonuses tied to production and job completion
• Earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually
• Year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)
