Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is seeking a Residential Lead Remodeling Carpenter to lead kitchens, baths, additions, and full-home upgrades.

You will run a jobsite with confidence, supervise helpers, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency from framing through finish carpentry. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of remodeling experience, strong framing and high-end finish skills, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential remodeling experience with lead duties.
• Ability to manage jobsite operations and mentor junior carpenters.
• Strong background in framing, structural carpentry, and high-end finish work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute residential remodels: kitchens, baths, additions, basements.
• Perform advanced framing and structural modifications.
• Deliver top-tier finish carpentry: doors, trim, crown molding, cabinetry.
• Read, interpret, and build from blueprints, architectural drawings, and design plans.
• Oversee helpers and carpentry teams; ensure schedules, quality standards, and workflows.
• Install windows, doors, drywall, flooring, and other interior/exterior components.
• Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate, repair, and install framing and finish materials.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute residential remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and full-home upgrades
• Perform advanced framing and structural modifications with precision and safety
• Deliver top-tier finish carpentry-doors, trim, crown molding, cabinetry, built-ins, custom millwork
• Read, interpret, and build from blueprints, architectural drawings, and design plans
• Oversee helpers and carpentry teams, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and workflows are met
• Install windows, doors, drywall, flooring, and other interior/exterior components
• Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate, repair, and install framing and finish materials
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members

Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential remodeling experience - lead experience required
• Proven ability to manage jobsite operations and mentor junior carpenters
• Strong background in framing, structural carpentry, and high-end finish work
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility for overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation and full tool set
• Strong, verifiable references reflecting skill, reliability, and professionalism

Pay Range: $33.00/hr. - $36.00/hr.
