ServiceMaster DSI is a nationwide general contractor and industry leader in disaster restoration. We are seeking a Lead Carpenter for year-round work with benefits. The role requires remodeling skills across drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and carpentry, with OD opportunities and a vehicle stipend.

Salary is $22–$32 per hour, plus paid holidays, PTO, and advancement potential. A daily vehicle stipend and comprehensive benefits package accompany a busy, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience required.
• Reliable and hardworking individuals with integrity.
• Provide your own tools and reliable transportation are needed.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record preferred.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for full-time skilled tradespeople with remodeling experience (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical).
• Work spans from small patches to complete home rebuilds.
• Competitive compensation with OT and double-time after 60+ hours.
