Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI, a nationwide general contractor and industry leader in disaster restoration, is seeking a lead carpenter for year-round work with benefits. This full-time tradesman role covers remodeling—drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry—and offers a stable workload, advancement opportunities, and competitive pay.

You will earn $25-$32 per hour, receive a daily vehicle stipend, paid holidays, and PTO accrual. Overtime paid after 40 hours and double time after 60 hours.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience required.
• Provide your own tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Valid driver's license required; able to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling work across patches and full home rebuilds.
• Collaborate with superintendents and tradesmen to meet project goals.
