Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience or training in the carpentry trade.

Responsibilities

• Respond to carpentry emergencies and perform repairs on windows, doors, stairs, and related components.
• Lead one or more carpenters and coordinate with maintenance workers.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery as required.
• Maintain records of daily work assignments and initiate supply orders.
• Assess emergencies and implement necessary actions to eliminate hazards.
