Job summary

The Arc Lexington seeks a Master Carpenter to work with the Director, Assistant Director, Project Manager, Technicians, and Property Managers to maintain and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.

The role requires at least 7 years of construction experience, proficiency in concrete flatwork, framing, insulation, drywall, painting, siding, doors and windows, and trims, plus a valid NYS driver’s license and personal tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction.
• Experience in concrete flatwork; framing, insulation, sheetrock and taping, painting, exterior siding, doors and windows, trims (both exterior and interior) required.
• Valid NYS driver's license with 2 years of experience
• Must supply your own tools necessary to perform all duties

Responsibilities

• Maintain and occasionally supervise all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Director, Assistant Director, Project Manager, Technicians, Property Managers and other inter-department personnel.
