Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of verified carpentry experience in residential construction.
• Advanced proficiency in rough framing, structural modifications, and finish work.
• Active valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with commercial hand and power tools and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all structural and finish carpentry on custom residential remodeling projects.
• Serve as central contact for carpentry execution throughout projects.
• Supervise and mentor field carpenters, apprentices, and laborers.
• Interpret blueprints and specs to organize daily tasks.
• Perform high-end carpentry including framing, trim, cabinetry, and decking.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and subs to avoid delays.
