More about the Lead Home Maintenance and Upgrade Technician and Handyman role: We are searching for a reliable, experienced Home Maintenance and Upgrade Technician and Handyman (handyperson) to quote jobs, lead a group of technicians who will report to you, and provide general home services to our customers in our community. If you have 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyperson work, especially in the following areas, we want to hear from you:
Requirements: The appropriate candidate for the Lead Home Maintenance and Upgrade Technician and Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. You must be outgoing and have great people skills, both with customers and other technicians. Past experience running your own construction team or business is a significant plus but isn't required; however, past leadership experience is highly recommended. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply.
Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidate must also be a legal resident of the US and speak fluent English.
