Qualifications

• Five+ years of construction experience.
• Two+ years supervisory experience, including foreman roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager, Superintendent, and Project Engineer to meet project goals.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule crew activities, including JHA/PTWP review.
• Assign work to crew members based on material or worker requirements for specific jobs.
• Inspect work progress, equipment, and sites to ensure safety and compliance with policies and laws.
• Identify safety hazards and take corrective action.
• Read specifications and blueprints to determine requirements and plan procedures.
• Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities.
• Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
• Train workers in construction methods and safety procedures.
