Job summary

Archer Western de Moya JV, a member of The Walsh Group, seeks a Carpenter Foreman for the Miami Signature Bridge in Miami, FL. This role supervises a crew of 3–15 daily, leading carpentry work on wood, plywood, walls, and related materials across commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years construction foreman experience preferred.
• 5-8 years of verifiable construction experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities; experience managing crews and subcontractors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew, management, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ability to read and understand work plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews within their area or portion of the project.
• Schedules and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers.
• Reads specifications and plans to determine construction requirements.
• Locates, measures, and marks site locations or equipment.
• Records personnel, production, or data on forms/reports.
• Assists workers using hand tools or equipment.
• Inspects progress, equipment, and site to verify safety and specs.
• Adheres to safety protocols and drug-free environment.
• Trains and supervises workers on safety procedures.
