Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; may work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor as instructed by supervisor.
• Work with crew and use hand and power tools including drills and hammers.
• Clean and prepare construction sites; erect scaffolding and dispose of debris.
• Load and unload construction supplies manually or with equipment.
