BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee carpentry work across residential and commercial restoration projects in Denver. You will lead a crew, ensure quality, and coordinate with project managers on-site.

The role requires 3-5 years of carpentry experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work in varied spaces. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are required. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as a skilled carpenter.
• Knowledge of carpentry and use of carpentry related hand and power tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work in confined areas.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions; communicate effectively.
• Maintain a valid and current driver's license.
• Able to pass a national background check and motor vehicle background check.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of carpenters and laborers.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate daily work activities.
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards.
• Serve as the point of contact between site workers and project managers.
• Troubleshoot issues and make on-the-job decisions.
• General carpentry for residential and commercial sites.
• Demolition, tile work, hanging cabinets, trim carpentry, doors, and painting.
• Rough framing and setting trusses as needed.
