Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead a crew and assist Foreman in management and safety compliance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and plans.
• Perform hands-on responsibilities alongside the crew.
• Ensure quality and adherence to standards and specifications.
• Read tape measures and set up forms and screeds.

Responsibilities

• Act as a working leader and assist the Foreman in managing the crew.
• Lead a small group of workers and handle specific tasks.
• Provide hands-on guidance while working with the crew.
• Inspect work quality to ensure standards.
• Interpret and enforce company safety policies.
• Read and interpret blueprints and complete reports.
• Build and set forms, use level instruments, tie rebar, install batter boards, and operate tools.
• Assist other craft workers as needed.
• Communicate directions clearly to teams.
• Possess decision-making authority to fill in for the foreman.
• Report directly to the Foreman.
