Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize assignments under the direction of the Foreman of Trades.
• Perform various work area 'walk-throughs' to survey preventative maintenance needs.
• Respond to and complete emergency repairs.
• Repair and remodel various spaces as directed.
