Job summary
ServiceMaster DSI in Maple Grove, MN is seeking full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience to handle a range of tasks from patching and painting to full home rebuilds. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and year-round workload in a stable, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications
- Remodeling experience and ability to handle interior remodels.
- Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Provide your own tools as required for job sites.
- Excellent communication skills with team members and clients.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous restoration experience is a plus.
- Ability to move and/or lift 50+ lbs; background check and drug screen.
- Drywall finishing tasks including prep, taping, mudding, and sanding.
Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling, drywall, painting, and related finish work.
- Complete finish carpentry such as trim, molding, and cabinet fitting with precision.
- Move between sites within Maple Grove, MN region as needed.
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet project goals and schedules.
