Position Overview

TO LEAD CARPENTER - YEAR ROUND WORK WITH BENEFITS!

Salary Range: Starts at $30-$40 hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge.

ServiceMaster DSI is a leading general contractor operating nationwide.

Location: Maple Grove, MN.

We are looking for full time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience in drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical trades. The more skills you have, the more we can offer you. We work on projects ranging from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild.

Responsibilities

Work in various construction phases, handle remodeling tasks, and collaborate with superintendents and other tradesmen to meet job goals.

Requirements

• Remodeling experience
• Reliable and hardworking
• Provide your own tools

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Previous restoration experience is a plus
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbsPass background check and drug screen
• Drywall finishing experience
  • Prepare drywall surfaces for paint or texture
  • Work with tools like joint knives, sanders, and drywall compound
  • Tape, mud, and sand drywall joints
• Finish carpentry experience
  • Installing trim, baseboards, molding, and other detailed woodwork
  • Fitting cabinets and ensuring precise measurements and finishes
  • Working with wood and wood-like materials for the final touches in a space
