Job summary

Robust Repairs in Houston seeks a Senior Service Handyman to own advanced carpentry, drywall and finish work, coordinating with project managers and documenting every visit in our CMMS.

You’ll mentor junior crew, schedule vendor support, prioritize emergency calls, capture before/after photos and material usage to maintain accurate job costing, while upholding Robust Repairs safety standards on every jobsite.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional handyman or general remodeling experience.
• Advanced knowledge of finish carpentry, drywall finishing, and minor electrical repairs.
• OSHA 10 card and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile work order apps and submitting digital job notes.

Responsibilities

• Scope, price, and complete multi-trade service orders covering carpentry, drywall, flooring, and fixture repairs.
• Mentor junior team members and enforce Robust Repairs safety standards on every jobsite.
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize emergency calls and share daily progress updates.
• Capture before/after photos and material usage to maintain accurate job costing.
