This role handles repair, maintenance, installation, and improvement projects for residential and commercial properties, delivering quality workmanship and professional customer service.

The ideal candidate can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with clients and the office.

Qualifications

Experience in handyman services, property maintenance, construction, or related field.
Ability to estimate and price project scopes.
Working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, doors, windows, and general repairs.
Ability to read and follow instructions, measurements, and project specifications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, organized, and self-motivated.
Own professional hand tools.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Perform general repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects.
Complete basic carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and fixture-installation work.
Assemble, install, repair, and replace equipment, hardware, fixtures, and building materials.
Diagnose issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
Prepare work areas, protect customer property, and clean up thoroughly after each project.
Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and time spent.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding project details, timelines, and recommendations.
Follow all company safety procedures, building codes, and applicable regulations.
Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicles, and inventory in good working condition.
Provide professional, courteous service that reflects positively on the company.
Effective and continues communication with the office clerk or manager.
