Pat Scales Remodeling in Columbus, OH, seeks an experienced Lead Carpenter to lead on-site carpentry teams and deliver high-quality remodeling work. This hands-on leadership role combines field supervision with direct craftsmanship to ensure projects meet design intent, safety standards, and client expectations.

You will mentor junior carpenters, coordinate with project managers, and maintain schedule and site documentation while upholding PSR’s values and craftsmanship excellence.

Qualificações

• Five or more years of residential carpentry, remodeling, or construction experience.
• Previous experience leading carpentry crews or supervising field teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and remodeling practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of building codes and job site safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between job sites.
• Smartphone for project communication and documentation.
