Job summary

Ferrovial Agroman SA seeks a qualified Foreman to oversee field construction activities, focusing on formwork for concrete structures and ensuring safe, efficient operations. You will direct crews, inspect forms, and coordinate with teams to meet project specifications.

The role requires heavy physical work, strong reading/speaking English, and the ability to lead by example on dynamic civil sites. Prior 0–3 years of related construction experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: less than High School Diploma.
• Language Skills: ability to read a limited number of words and to print/speak simple sentences.

Responsibilities

• Checks forms while concrete is being placed.
• Directs others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
• May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
• May install precast concrete elements.
• Prepares for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
• May install permanent metal deck forms.
• May work with power tools.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
