Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential carpentry experience.
• Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices, tools, and safety.
• Physical ability to perform all tasks required, including lifting up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete Home Services work including warranty repairs and small-scale remodels.
• Support design-build remodeling and Home Services projects.
• Communicate daily with clients and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Assist with change order documentation.
