Job summary

The Norfolk Companies is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter for full-time, year-round work in Nashua, NH. You will lead residential kitchen and bath cabinet installations, install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and complete detailed finish work with pride in quality craftsmanship.

You will read blueprints, troubleshoot jobsite challenges, guide other carpenters, and coordinate with trades while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional carpentry experience.
• Strong cabinet installation and finish carpentry skills.
• Residential kitchen and bath remodeling experience.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read plans and work independently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work.
