The Norfolk Companies’ Norfolk Kitchen & Bath division seeks a Lead Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team in Framingham. You will lead cabinet installations, finish carpentry, and coordinate with PMs, Designers, and other trades to ensure top‑quality results.

With 10+ years of hands‑on experience, you will mentor crew members, uphold safety, and deliver precision craftsmanship on every project, meeting our high standards and exceeding client expectations.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional carpentry, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or residential remodeling experience.
• Strong finish carpentry skills including crown molding, trim, fillers, panels, hardware, and detailed finish work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cabinet installations and finish carpentry tasks on residential remodeling projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, countertop installers, plumbers, electricians and other trades.
• Mentor and guide junior carpenters and helpers on site.
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure safe, clean work sites.
