Job summary

The Norfolk Companies seeks an experienced Lead Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to lead cabinet, countertop and finish installations with precision and high craftsmanship. You will mentor teammates, read plans, and collaborate with project managers and designers to deliver standout results.

Strong leadership, 10+ years in carpentry, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs are essential. A valid driver’s license and OSHA 10 are preferred; bilingual candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of carpentry or cabinet installation experience.
• Strong custom cabinetry and finish carpentry skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving experience.
• Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
