Sarber Construction LLC in Sedro-Woolley, WA is seeking a skilled carpenter to join our crew full-time. This role covers framing, decking, railing systems, and finish carpentry across residential projects in Skagit and Snohomish Counties.

We welcome journeyman, lead, or strong apprentice candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow. Own tools and transportation are required; pay ranges from $20 to $40 per hour, DOE, with room for advancement.

• Represent the company well on client job sites - professional, respectful, hardworking.

Location: Sedro-Woolley, WA (serving Skagit & Snohomish Counties)

We're open to experience level: journeyman, lead carpenter, or a strong apprentice ready to grow into more responsibility. There's real room for advancement here as we take on more work.
