The ideal candidate has 5+ years of carpentry experience, strong reading of architectural drawings, and expertise in cabinet installation and millwork. You will mentor teammates, improve efficiency, and uphold safety standards on every jobsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry/construction experience.
• Experience on custom high-end home projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, layouts, and framing.
• Skilled in cabinet installation, millwork, rough and finish carpentry.
• Proven leadership ability to delegate and motivate a team.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily carpentry activities on residential and commercial projects.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings to perform accurate layouts of walls, roofs, and structures.
• Delegate and oversee tasks to ensure efficient teamwork and project progress.
• Install cabinets, millwork, and custom carpentry to meet project specifications.
• Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, subcontractors, and project managers.

Schedule
