• Lead on-site remodeling projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Interpret architectural plans and project drawings to execute layout and framing.
• Perform advanced carpentry tasks including cabinetry, trim, flooring, doors, and window installation.
• Mentor and guide junior carpenters and laborers, promoting quality and safety.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure projects meet company standards.
• Communicate daily progress, materials needs, and challenges to the office/project manager.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site construction issues independently.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience in residential remodeling; lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and design plans.
• Mastery of framing, finish carpentry, and general construction techniques.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a small crew.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete jobs on time and on budget.
• Own hand tools and reliable transportation are required.

Schedule:
