Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is seeking skilled Carpenters to work on commercial and residential projects in the greater Massachusetts area, including Falmouth. From framing to finishing, you will help build high-quality structures on diverse sites and contribute to safety and efficiency on every job.

Candidates should have construction experience, the ability to work 40 hours per week, and a readiness to OT if needed. OSHA 10 is preferred.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification is preferred.
• Experience on commercial and residential construction projects.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Willing to overtime when required.
• Strong references available to verify work history.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials per specs and blueprints.
• Assist other trades on site.
• Frame to finish work.

• Interior and exterior finish work.
• Use a variety of carpentry tools.

Position Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood, steel studs, and other materials according to specifications and blueprints.
• Assist other tradesman on site
• Frame to Finish work
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear (e.g., hard hats, gloves, safety glasses).
• Interior and Exterior Finish
• Ability to work with all Carpentry tools

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 preferred but not required
• Previous commercial and Residential construction experience
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Be able to work over time if necessary
• Strong references that will support your work history
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr
