- Complete carpentry tasks at assigned properties throughout the Richmond area.
- Demolition and framing; hang and case doors and windows; install cabinets.
- Install LVP flooring, ceramic tile, trim, baseboard and crown molding.
- Detach and reset cabinets and appliances to include washers, dryers, microwaves, dishwashers and ranges.
- Light plumbing and electrical work.
- Paint and patch drywall.
- Install hardware and perform punch list work as necessary to complete a project.
- Work with highly motivated team members to ensure efficient restoration processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations when using power tools and throughout restoration activities.
