Sunset Planks is a deck and fence contracting company serving South King and Pierce County. We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to run jobs in the field, work directly with clients, and help maintain the quality our name is built on.

What you'll do:

• Lead and execute deck and fence builds from start to finish
• Read plans, take accurate measurements, and ensure work meets code
• Work independently or direct a small crew on site
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site

Pay & schedule:

• $37-$45/hr, based on experience
• Hours vary with our project pipeline- this is not a guaranteed 40- hours/week position, though most weeks offer. We'll be upfront with you about workload as jobs come in.
