Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time Lead Carpenter to join our year-round construction team. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25–$32, a daily vehicle stipend, six paid holidays and PTO accrual.

Trades experience across drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry is valued; overtime and double-time are available for extended hours. We provide medical, dental and vision coverage, a company cell phone, 401(k) and generous perks.

The Position:

We are looking for full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $25-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
