Job summary

Senior Helpers in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Lead Caregiver to manage concierge community clients and caregivers in a non-medical home care setting. This hourly position reports to HR/Caregiver Manager and requires full-time Monday–Friday with weekend availability as needed.

You will schedule staff, provide hands-on care, assist with assessments, document care plans, lead team meetings, and maintain professional standards while coordinating with office for client updates and emergency

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in direct patient caregiving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience and healthcare staffing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage building schedules and staffing to meet client needs.
• Provide hands-on non-medical care including bathing, grooming and companionship.
• Perform client assessments and document service plans.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate care plan updates with the office.
