You will lead shift assignments, monitor attendance, provide hands-on ADL support, coach staff on care standards, review charting for alignment with individual care plans, monitor resident changes, and communicate concerns promptly. Onboarding and safety compliance duties complete the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments and manage attendance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Coach staff on care standards and review charting for plan alignment.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
