Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED and relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration), with preferred experience in memory care or assisted living. Promotion of career growth is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• First Aid certification required.
• Medication Administration certification required.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision-making skills are essential.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, attendance and coverage.
• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Review charting to ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Monitor resident changes and promptly communicate concerns.
• Support onboarding and mentor new staff.
• Promote safety and compliance across shifts.
• Facilitate smooth shift transitions and coverage.
