Job summary

HomeWell Care Services Tulsa is seeking a Lead Caregiver to support seniors at home in the Tulsa area. The role involves one-on-one care, driving clients to appointments, running errands, and building trusting relationships to help clients age in place with dignity.

The ideal candidate is a CNA with 3-7 years of experience, possesses reliable transportation, and can work with flexible schedules while maintaining high standards of safety and compassion.

Qualifications

• CNA with 3-7 years of work experience in senior care.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Smartphone required for scheduling, timekeeping, and communication apps.
• Current TB test.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physically able to perform duties.
• Mature, caring, punctual and reliable.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Provide companionship and personal assistance.
• Assist with light cooking and housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and medication reminders.

We are looking for compassionate Lead Caregiver to be able to drive clients to and from appointments/errands, etc. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Transportation for appointments and errands
• Companionship
• Light cooking and housekeeping
• Bathing, grooming and toileting assistance
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA with 3-7 years of work experience, caring for seniors or chronically ill persons
• Reliable transportation; for transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and utilizing company scheduling, timekeeping, and communication applications
• Proof of current TB testing
• Exceptional communication skills
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
