Job summary

At Ease Home Care is seeking a Lead Caregiver to join our growing Idaho/Washington team. This leadership role supports caregivers, guides client intake, and helps ensure high-quality in-home care across Idaho and Washington.

Responsibilities include coaching caregivers, filling open shifts, conducting home visits, and collaborating with leadership on staffing and outreach. The ideal candidate has caregiving experience, strong communication, and a reliable, professional demeanor.

• Leadership & Team Support: Serve as a positive role model and leader for caregivers; provide guidance and coaching to caregivers; promote accountability and teamwork; assist leadership with staffing and agency initiatives.
• Scheduling & Open Shift Coverage: Help fill open shifts; respond to urgent staffing needs; assist with shift coverage; support retention by caregiver support.
• Client Care & Home Visits: Conduct caregiver and client home visits; assist with client intakes and assessments; support quality assurance and client satisfaction; address client concerns and communicate updates to leadership.
• Training & Development: Assist with caregiver orientation and training; mentor new caregivers; reinforce policies and documentation expectations.
• Marketing & Community Outreach: Assist with outreach and relationship building with referral sources and partners; support agency growth and development initiatives

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexibility Required)

Pay Rate: $22-24/hr DOE

At Ease Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Lead Caregiver to join our growing team. This is more than a caregiving position. It is a leadership role that plays a critical part in supporting our caregivers, serving our clients, and helping our agency continue to grow throughout Idaho and Washington.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Support

• Serve as a positive role model and leader for caregivers.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to caregivers in the field.
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Assist leadership with staffing needs and agency initiatives.

Scheduling & Open Shift Coverage

• Help fill open shifts throughout the week.

Previous caregiving experience required

• Represent At Ease Home Care professionally in the community.
