Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Overland Park, KS seeks a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, ensure quality resident care, and mentor the caregiving team.

You will coordinate coverage, provide hands-on ADL support, review ISP-aligned charting, promote safety, and model professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 18+.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care

Pay Range

17.10 - 21.40
