How you will make an impact:
As a Lead Care Manager at Tapestry Senior Living,you’ll play a key role in making sure our care team runs smoothly every day. You’ll be responsible for managing staff schedules across all three shifts, seven days a week, adjusting for time off, filling open shifts, and planning to ensure coverage. You’ll keep the leadership team informed about any staffing needs or changes. In our Memory Care community, you’ll check in weekly on resident needs and communicate with families as needed. You will be the main contact for any incidents, such as falls, and will coordinate with the on-call nurse. Support families who have concerns, help document issues, and pass along important updates. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting both residents and staff.
Schedule:This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 3:00 pm -11:00 pm shift with holidays and weekends as needed.
